We’ll have you complete our quick trip inquiry form, and then we’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary consultation call! We use this call to collect more details about the escape you’ve been dreaming of, your travel likes and dislikes, your budget, and more. On your end, this is your opportunity to get to know us before you commit to a TFT trip.
Our signature planning process

Design
If you decide we’re a good fit, we’ll send over our Planning Fee invoice and get you set up as an *official* TFT client! At this point, we’ll get to work drafting your custom itinerary, working with our vetted travel partners to curate a tailored escape for you.
03.
Refine
Now it’s time for the big reveal! We’ll share your preliminary itinerary with you. If you’ve chosen our “Journey” or “Grand Tour” planning packages, we’ll then incorporate your feedback until you’re 100% satisfied with your itinerary.
04.
Book
With your final itinerary in place, we’ll now get to work securing your hotel/cruise reservations and managing any deposits. If you opted for concierge-level services, we’ll also be working on booking your dining and spa reservations as your departure date gets closer.
05.
Escape
Let the packing commence! We’ll make sure you’re fully prepared to make your escape with your full itinerary in hand. Get ready for a seamless travel experience from beginning all the way to when your plane touches down back home.

Which destinations can you plan vacations to?
We have vetted travel partners all over the globe—which means we can send you practically anywhere! You can check out the most popular types of travel experiences we plan right here.
What type of vacation budgets do you work with?
Budgets will vary a lot depending on the length of vacation, number of travelers, etc. Typically, though, we only book 4- or 5-star properties for our clients so they can enjoy a truly luxurious escape.
What’s this about VIP perks and amenities?
We’re a member of several luxury preferred hotel programs and are affiliated with Virtuoso, the world’s leading collection of luxury travel companies. Our affiliations often allow us to pass on exclusive perks and amenities to our clients, such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades upon arrival, spa/on-board ship credit, early check in/late check out, and more. We can’t make any promises because all perks are subject to availability … but we always do our best to make your trip extra special!
